From accredited mindfulness courses, to short taster sessions and bespoke programmes, the Mindful Professional has a range of services to suit your needs
The Mindful Professional will work with you to ensure we provide the right course for your needs and desired objectives and outcomes whether that be:

1. Including mindfulness as part of your organisation’s mental wellbeing strategy

2. Training employees to enhance creativity, decision making or team working

3. Working with a specific group of people to help manage a mental or physical health condition (e.g. chronic pain, obesity, chronic illness, mild anxiety, depression or stress).
Online/Face-to-Face
All the training sessions are available in-person or online through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Facebook Live or Zoom. Online sessions can also be recorded and shared with individuals who were unable to attend.
A number of different mindfulness training options and packages are available.

1 – 1.5 hour Keynote Presentation

3 hour Training Workshops

The neuroscience of mindfulness - how practice can literally change our brains
The benefits of mindfulness for physical and mental wellbeing

4 – 8 week Bespoke Mindfulness Based Training
(Up to 20 People)
Whilst short workshops are a useful introduction to mindfulness, the beneficial outcomes from mindfulness come from regular and sustained practice.
As such, a weekly session that builds upon practice and deepens understanding helps to support this. A bespoke course can range from 4 to 8 weekly sessions and address a wide range of objectives from stress management, pain and chronic disease, resilience, wellbeing, as well as mental health. Whatever your group needs, we will work closely with you to understand and deliver a tailored programme that works for you.
Weekly 1 - 1.5 hour sessions
Weekly mindfulness practice, building and deepening practice each successive week
Weekly guided audio mindful meditation practices to explore between sessions
Equip participants with key mindfulness skills to address the key objectives of the training

8 week Accredited Training
(Up to 20 People)
Accredited Mindfulness courses are the Gold Standard in Mindfulness interventions.
This is because they have an extensive evidence base for effectiveness and have been tried and tested all over the world in clinical, workplace, educational and other health care settings. On completion of an accredited mindfulness course, delegates receive a certificate of attendance, which is recognised globally and enables them to commence a teacher training programme.
Each of the three accredited 8-week courses are slightly different, and we would be pleased to chat through which one would be most suitable for your group or population.
